Global Hospitality Holdings Group [GHHG] is a global hospitality Mergers & Acquisitions, Turnaround and Management company, applying an aggressive M&A campaign, led by an astute and seasoned team of hospitality and finance executives, seeking and acquiring operating hotel / resorts, some with casinos and themed entertainment.

GHHG shall operate all of its acquired properties as "Full-Service Hotels", meaning:

​

(i) a Hotel (including an all-suites Hotel) which is categorized as one which offers customary food and beverage facilities and room service and

(ii) a metropolitan or another nationally branded chain of equal of higher quality, in each case (in the case of this clause

(iii) with 200 or more rooms and which is served by a restaurant facility, including offering full availability of requisite standardized industry amenities which are not limited to, but including the following: on-premise restaurant, room service, business center, concierge, fitness center, banquet halls, various room type selection such as suites.
